…We supply organic cocoa beans too, in limited quantities, to customers who require the same. We have a group of farmers, with small holdings of land, who do organic farming in their cocoa farms. They use only compost and do not spray any insecticides on the cocoa plants. Organic cocoa beans are relatively smaller in size when compared with the ordinary ones.

Palm oil is an edible vegetable oil, high in saturated fats, derived from the fruit of the oil palm tree. It is grown commercially in several tropical countries but mainly in Nigeria, which account for 85% of global palm oil production.
The palm fruit yields two distinct oils – palm oil and palm kernel oil. Palm oil is extracted from the pulp of the fruit, is edible and used primarily in food products. Palm kernel oil is extracted from the seed of the fruit and is used mainly in the manufacture of soaps and cosmetics, while palm kernel expeller (PKE) is used as a feed for livestock and as biofuel for generating electricity.
Oil palm is highly productive, capable of yielding more oil from less land than any other vegetable oil, with relatively modest inputs.
Bitter kola is about 3-5 cm in length. It has an ellipsoid shape. A brown to deep brown peel covers it. This peel is removed before it is eaten. It leaves a bitter taste in the mouth when it is eaten. It is this bitterness that its name is derived. |
